The website is a DIY platform called Shoppeups that is one of CreateSimpli's brands where you can create unlimited pages, add unlimited products, connect a domain, change images and colors and sell your products online.
No. The website comes with free hosting for life. There are no hidden costs or monthly fees.
Yes! If you purchase a logo with four branding items or more, you will have access to our website platform where you can start building your site. This is a lifetime license that will allow you to design, update and manage your website with no monthly fees ever.
Yes! Watercolor logos is one of our flagship design services. This style drawing and design is more involved than the original style flat and cartoon logo so this would be considered custom illustration. Contact us for a quote.
A vector file is an original source and scalable file where you can enlarge and shrink to whichever size without losing quality. Most designers and printers request this file.
Our turnaround times vary depending on the type of design. For semi-custom logos, turnaround times are 2-4 business days; full custom logo design is 3-5 business days and watercolor custom illustration is 7-10 business days. These are just estimates and can take longer depending on the detail. Each revision request can take an additional 1-2 business days.
A business day is Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm Eastern Standard time.
Unfortunately, our website is only included if a logo + four branding items or more are purchased in the same transaction.
Due to the customization of logo design, we do not offer refunds, however we do offer unlimited revisions on all of our custom logo design packages.
